Great to Work With

Greg and his team were great to work with and I will not hesitate to call on them again if we have another pumping need. Our system will eventually need to be replaced and Gardner Septic will get my first call when that time comes.

Great Experience Using Gardner Septic Service

What a great experience using Gardner Septic Service. Greg was easy to deal with and his driver (Alex) was super courteous while on site.

Greg was able to schedule the pump the same day I called (Monday) which was huge, since we were basically out of service for the entire weekend as we discovered our septic tank was full on Saturday morning.

The price was competitive but you must factor in what you get for what you pay.

That being said, I will use Gardner Septic Service when it's time to pump again.

If you need this type of service, you can't go wrong using this company.

Great, Timely Service!

Our septic started back flowing on Sunday night and Gardner Septic showed up at 7:30 Monday morning... great, timely service! We have a super steep driveway and they never have any problems getting in or out... I'm seriously impressed that they can so easily back up my driveway.

Greg Gardner is the owner and licensed contractor of this company whom I hired to pump my septic tank. He returned my message on Yelp within a few minutes. He gave me a number to contact him directly for scheduling and fit me in within two days. He texted me the morning of the appointment and called an hour before coming. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would be there. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite and gave me several good suggestions to improve access to my system. He was not pushy or intent upon a hard sell. Instead, he educated me about my system. When I make the improvements, I will call him. His charges were reasonable and he did not add extra costs to his estimate.

Professional, Courteous and Answered All My Questions

Couldn't be more pleased!

I recently started having plumbing issues and naivity told me maybe it was related to my septic tank. Google told me I was well overdue for service, so I called and messaged local company#1, waited a week and no response, called local #2, waited a week and nothing. I found Gardner's on Monday called and got a human! I talked to Greg, who answered my basic questions, explained the plumbing issues were not related, but service was due. We set an appointment for 12:00 on Wednesday. Only 2 days away- NICE!

Wednesday he called to check in, was available and offered a 10am appt, which was actually better for me.

He arrived, was professional, courteous and answered all my questions ( I ask alot!!!).

He worked quickly, explained the finished product, the price was reasonable and when he left there was no sign that he'd ever been there. Overall it was a very positive experience.

My septic system is now up to date and the service I received was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend Gardner's.

Lol.... now to figure out the pesky plumbing issue. :)

Gave Me Peace of Mind

I messaged a few septic companies for my rental property but Greg (owner) was the quickest at responding to my questions. He was able to get out to the home in just a few days for a septic pump.

He called me in the morning to let me know when he was on his way and again when the septic was cleaned... He also me sent pictures. I appreciated that he gave me peace of mind when he told me that the system appears to be in good shape. As a rental property, the tenants do not care what they flush down the drains so it was actually a shocker to hear that it looks to be in good shape. His pricing was fair and I plan to use his services every year.

Did an Excellent Job

I called Greg from Gardner Septic last year. He came out with his helper Chris (A workhorse) and did an excellent Job. He took the time to find and inspect both tanks. One of the lids hadn't been opened in years as it had to be pryed open. I was supposed to do this last year so I apologize to Gardener for posting it so late. However, as they say, better late than never!

Very Pleasant and Professional

I wasn't happy with the septic service company that came with our new home (in fact, I think they damaged an irrigation pipe which caused the problem I needed to address-turns out they have a very low rating on yelp) and wanted a replacement. Greg came out the same day, and he and his employee were very pleasant and professional. The charge for the work we had done was very reasonable-less than the company that damaged our pipe. I would definitely use Gardner again, and highly recommend them.

Stood by Their Promise to Finish the Job

Greg and Chris pumped out our septic tank which had been long overdue for service. The job was done on time and, when unexpected difficulties arose with buried PVC sprinkler lines, they immediately repaired any damages WITHOUT nickel-and-diming us with extra charges. Called on a Friday night. Asked if he could come out right away. He was there the very next day at 8am as promised. It was even a Saturday at no extra charge. Pumped my tank. Did a great job. Got everything out and got it clean. Pride in his work. That's hard to find.

Very Good About Making Sure Everything Was Clean

I called Gardener on Monday and was able have them pump my septic the next morning. They were on time (actually a few minutes early) and called on the way to my house. There were two men and both were very nice and professional. The price and service were good. They were very good about making sure everything was clean from my tank to the driveway where the hoses ran before hey left. I would call them again when I need septic service.

Very Reasonable Rate & Quick Appointment

Called Gardner Spectic Company in order to gather quotes to have my system pumped. They provided me with a very reasonable rate & quick appointment. The day of the appointment they were running a bit behind, so they called me to advise. Much appreciated! While at my home they were polite & immediately got down to business. I subsequently requested riser be put in which I was told was no problem. A couple days later the risers were installed for a reasonable fee. I was very pleased with their service! Definately will be using them next time!

A Well-Deserved 5 Stars

I discovered some liquid coming out of my septic tank, and assumed my tank was full and overflowing, so I needed to get someone out to pump it promptly. Unfortunately, it was already after 3:00 pm, so I thought it might be difficult to get someone today. I made a couple of other calls, the first company didn't do what I needed, another that didn't answer the phone, and one that went to voicemail. Then I called Greg with Gardner Septic, who had 5 star reviews in Yelp and on YP and explained the problem. He said it was late in the day, but he would check to see if he could get someone out today and call me back. He returned the call within 5 minutes, and said his other guys weren't available, but he would come himself. This was around 3:30. He said he could get to my house by 4:15. He arrived exactly on time. When he looked at the tank, he discovered that my lid was broken, and the tank was full and he would pump it today. Apparently a contractor drove over the lid and broke it and just covered it with a steel plate without telling me. Greg also discovered that my leech line was bad, and that if that wasn't fixed, the tank would fill up and overflow again. So he will need to come out again to replace the leech line, and will also replace the tank lid as well. I will write another review of the second job. Today's review is just for the prompt service, doing what needed to be done immediately, and diagnosing the problem. Greg gets a well-deserved 5 stars from me!

Well Organized, Got Right to Work

I'm was selling my house and needed a septic tank pump out and certification as part of the escrow process. After calling around and getting a few quotes and doing a little research, I chose Gardner Septic Service (Greg Gardner). Their prices were very competitive and they were extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. They showed up on time, were well organized, got right to work and didn't stop until the job was complete. While digging (with a shovel) into the hard soil to locate the tank lids, they encountered several rocks and tree roots which made the job even harder. They were also very careful not to damage any sprinkler or electrical lines that were in the way. Although they did not finish the job the same day due to no fault of their own, they arrived bright and early the next morning and completed the job in what seemed to be a short amount of time. Chris, the man who did all the digging, is one of the hardest working men I've seen. He's a machine. I will be using Gardner Septic Service again for all my septic system needs.
